Today in History we did on online game that was all about life in America during the American revolution. In this game, you play as the character Nathaniel working as an apprentice in a patriot printshop in Boston. You have lots of tasks to complete around town for the owners of the printshop and on each task you learn a little more abour how society worked during the American revolution. I left off on this game right after the Boston Massacre took place. This event was frightening because it made it seem like people Nathaniel met and became friends with were going to be shot. Luckily, all of Nathaniels friends made it through the Boston Massacre alive.

The patriots in this game reminded me of Antigone from the last play we read. Antigone is a strong willed character who won't back down while fighting for her way against the law, even if she must face death. Antigone is a lot like the Patriots because the Patriots are also very strong- willed and rebel against Parliament's laws even though they may face death as a consequence.
